For the magic to happen, we need to connect Maximus to your WhatsApp. It's super fast!

1. Access the Maximus website and log in.
2. In the sidebar menu, click the "Profile" button (User icon).
3. Look for the section called "WhatsApp".
4. In the input field, enter your cell phone number with the country code (e.g., 5511999999999).
5. Click the blue "Link" button.

Imagine you just finished lunch or ordered a ride. How to record that?

1. Open the Maximus conversation on your WhatsApp.
2. Write as if you were telling a friend.
   • Example: "Spent 50 on lunch"
   • Example: "Paid 20 for uber"
3. Send the message.

The bot will reply instantly confirming it recorded everything correctly!

When you enter the Maximus site, you go straight to the Dashboard.

• Central Chart: See if more money is coming in than going out. (Green = Income, Red = Expense).
• Recent List: Scrolling down, you'll see the list of the last things you recorded.

Categories are like "folders" to keep your accounts organized.

1. In the site menu, click on "Categories".
2. You will see colorful icons like Food, Transportation, etc.
3. Click on any of them to see all expenses of that type.

Need to know if you can buy that gift? Ask the Zap!

• Type just the word: **balance** to see the total.
• Type: **statement** to see a quick list of the last movements.

Want to spend at most $ 500 on delivery? Let's define that.

1. On the site, click on "Budgets".
2. Click the "New Budget" button.
3. Choose the category and enter the maximum amount.

Follow the color bar: Green (Safe) to Red (Over the limit).

Want to travel? Buy a new phone?

1. Click on "Goals" in the menu.
2. Give your dream a name and say how much you need to save.
3. A "thermometer" will go up to show you how much is left! 🚀

Withdrew money? The money just changed places.

1. Click on "Transfers".
2. Fill in where it came from, where it went, and the amount.

This way, Maximus keeps your balance perfectly accurate.

Know that rent or subscription that doesn't change? Maximus does the work for you.

1. Access "Recurring Transactions" in the menu.
2. Click the "New Recurring Transaction" button.
3. Choose the amount and the Frequency (e.g., Monthly).

Maximus will generate the entry automatically on the correct date.

Maximus warns you when a bill's due date is approaching.

1. Go to "Reminders".
2. Click the "New Reminder" button.
3. Inform what it is and when it expires.

The bot will warn you before the deadline. Mark as paid in the table as soon as you settle it!

Plan your grocery shopping and launch everything into the financial system with one touch.

1. Create a list in "Shopping List".
2. Add items and mark them as you buy.
3. Click "Convert to Expense" to finish.

The total value becomes an expense in your financial system automatically!

Control fuel, maintenance, and insurance in one place.

1. Access "Vehicles" and register your car or motorcycle.
2. Record each refueling or repair linked to it.

See clear reports of how much each vehicle consumes per month.

Maximus AI allows you to manage your finances by chatting naturally on WhatsApp.

1. Link your number: Go to **Settings > Profile** and add your mobile number.
2. Send a 'Hi': Message our official number.
3. Start using: Try commands like 'Spent 50 on lunch' or 'How is my balance?'.
